A Marriage Has Been Arranged by Anne Weale

2.5-star
Six years after they met, garden designer tells her stepsister's ex-lover exactly what she thinks of him. So it was a big surprise for Hero to want to spend time with her & later propose marriage to her. The question is will heroine settle for a marriage of convenience or hold out for love?

Like most Weale books, this one was tepid at best. The writing, romance, pacing, dialogue, & sexual chemistry were dull. It lacked emotional intensity & the main characters didn't feel that passionately about each other either. Their romance was based on logically-deduced decisions & analysis of their emotions. I found the info about gardening more exciting than their romance.

Cautiously recommended.
